Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Wormerveer, the Netherlands, Monday through Friday. Please read below for full shipping details and timelines.

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are packed and shipped by us. Orders placed before 10:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and packed in 4-5 business days. However, the warehouse's contractual obligation is to pack all orders within 2-3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Please note: Couriers do not collect packages on weekends, so orders placed on Friday after 10:00 PM CET may not be scanned by the courier until Monday evening.

Shipping Process – Step by Step

Here’s how your order moves through our system:

• Order is placed on our webshop
• Order is packed by Monta Packing (Mon–Fri, first-in-first-out system)
• Packages are sorted by shipping carrier within the warehouse
• Transport companies pick up once per weekday in the late afternoon
• Packages arrive at the nearest carrier terminal and are scanned
• The package is in transit
• Your order is delivered
